International Corporate Governance Network: Annual conference starts today!

I have arrived in London ahead of the International Corporate Governance Network conference which starts today. The organisers have prepared a full three-day programme (agenda here), based at Guildhall (an historic building in central London). Further details are available here.

Hope you enjoy the conference. I attended a few years back by mistake. I had thought it was a governance conference but when I attended found most of the attendees to be investors (or their advisers) and the conference geared toward investor issues.

The programme seems to be well-balanced this year, with presentations on corporate governance; company performance; investor issues; value creation; and, reporting matters, amongst others.
